Wen's Content processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Wen's Content does not collect any personal data through forms on the website.

Is data processed outside the EEA?
Wen's Content processes personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA) as much as possible. Some service providers that Wen's Content uses, such as Google and Microsoft, may process data outside the EEA.
When this happens, these parties provide appropriate safeguards in line with applicable privacy law, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other permitted measures.
Automated decisions and profiling
Wen's Content does not use automated decisions or profiling.
How long we keep personal data
Wen's Content does not keep your personal data longer than strictly needed to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Server logs at the host remain there for a few days and are then deleted automatically. Data needed for our records, such as invoices and financial data, is kept for 7 years. This is the legal retention period set by the Dutch Tax Administration. Data collected on the website through Google Analytics is kept for a maximum of 2 months and then deleted automatically. Cookies used to remember your cookie preference are kept for a maximum of 1 year. After that, we ask for your consent again.

Wen's Content uses functional and analytics cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. On your first visit to our website, we informed you about these cookies and asked for your consent to place them.

Google Analytics does not store your IP address. It is only used very briefly to roughly determine which country or region you are from, and is deleted right away afterwards. Advertising features and Google Signals are switched off. We use your measurement data only to improve the website, never for advertising or to identify individual visitors.
You can opt out of cookies by setting your browser so that it no longer stores cookies. You can also delete all information that was stored earlier through your browser settings.
